Neurodivergent Lunch Group & Open Studio Group

A (free & virtual) open art studio lunch group!

Take a mental health break and join us for lunch! This group will focus on building community, fostering self care and introduce and use body doubling to support eating behaviors.

Beginning November 4th

Mondays 11am - 1pm, Virtual

Group will focus on supporting the following:

  • Providing a place to connect with other neurodivergent participants

  • Guided art experiences focused on supporting creativity, self care and increased awareness

  • Supporting participants during a meal through body doubling to manage food and body image related anxiety while building connections to others.


Meet Nicole Fisher

MA, Graduate Intern

Nicole is a third year graduate student at The George Washington University Art Therapy and Counseling program. She is under the supervision of Sage House team member, Kelley Kuchinov, MA, ATR-BC.
